I’ve even met some people who seem to radiate the light of this new world out from them. They give us tools to become more creative, aware, and sovereign from a place of great integrity.

Monster Manual and Coloring Book
My favorite of all Havi‘s offerings, the Monster Manual and Coloring Book is really a coloring book. With adorable little monsters to color in when you’re feeling upset.
It’s also a comprehensive and powerful guide to wiggling past those same monsters with humor and even a bit of grace. At any rate, a lot less crying than you’d normally expect.
I turn to mine all the time because it offers solutions that work in the moment. And that’s pretty awesome.
Emergency Calming Techniques
I started 2012 with the intention of accepting more calm and stability in my life. Not getting so thrown by the highs and especially the lows. The Emergency Calming Techniques workbooks and audio are my main tools for that.
I can go slamming into full panic attack mode just as quickly as the next person, but working with these techniques is changing that in fundamental ways.
